1. 서비스 내용

포토몬(이하 "서비스")은 이용자가 올린 사진을 나라별 증명사진 규격에 맞게 변환하고, 프로필 사진·수료증·사원증 등의 문서를 만들어 내려받을 수 있게 하는 웹 도구입니다. 설치나 별도 프로그램 없이 웹브라우저에서 이용합니다.

2. 계정

  • 계정은 이메일 주소만으로 만들어집니다. 비밀번호는 없으며, 메일로 받은 1회용 링크로 로그인합니다.
  • 로그인 링크와 세션은 본인만 사용해야 합니다. 타인에게 전달해 발생한 문제는 이용자 책임입니다.
  • 한 조직에서 여러 담당자가 쓰실 경우, 조직 대표 이메일로 계정을 만들어 공유하시길 권합니다.

3. 무료 이용과 유료 상품

  • 무료 이용: 사진 자르기·규격 맞추기와 미리보기는 무료입니다. AI 사진 변환은 처음 7회, 그 이후에는 하루 1회까지 무료입니다. 결제하지 않은 사진 결과물에는 워터마크가 들어갑니다.
  • 유료 상품은 아래 두 가지입니다.

  • 가격은 부가가치세 포함 금액이며, 실제 청구 금액은 결제 화면에 표시된 금액을 따릅니다.
  • 결제 수단: 한국에서는 카카오페이(원화), 그 밖의 나라에서는 PayPal(미국 달러)을 이용합니다. 결제 정보(카드번호 등)는 결제 대행사가 처리하며 운영자는 보관하지 않습니다.
  • 결제가 완료되면 워터마크 해제는 즉시, 크레딧은 즉시 계정에 지급됩니다.
  • 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 본인 또는 법정대리인은 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
  • 무료 이용 한도는 서비스 보호를 위한 것으로, 조정될 수 있습니다.

4. 크레딧

  • 크레딧은 서비스 이용을 위한 선불 이용권이며, 법정 통화나 전자화폐가 아닙니다.
  • 차감 기준:
    • 무료 한도를 넘긴 AI 사진 변환 1장 — 1크레딧
    • 로그인한 상태에서 만드는 증서 1장, 카드 1장 — 각 1크레딧 (여러 명을 한 번에 만드는 대량 발급은 크레딧으로만 이용 가능하며 인원수만큼 차감)
    • 워터마크 해제 1건 — 20크레딧
  • 크레딧이 여러 개 차감되는 작업은 차감 전에 개수를 먼저 알려 드립니다.
  • 크레딧에는 유효기간이 없습니다.
  • 크레딧은 타인에게 양도하거나 현금으로 교환할 수 없습니다.

5. 청약철회와 환불

  • 쓰지 않은 크레딧은 구매일로부터 14일 이내 전액 환불됩니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」이 정한 청약철회 기간(7일)보다 넓게 보장합니다.
  • 워터마크 해제와 이미 사용한 크레딧은 디지털 결과물이 제공된 것이므로, 같은 법 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 다만 결과물이 제대로 제공되지 않았거나 서비스 오류가 있었다면 환불해 드립니다.

6. 이용자의 의무

다음 행위를 금지합니다.

  • 본인이 권리를 갖지 않은 타인의 사진을 동의 없이 올리는 행위
  • 여권·비자·주민등록증·운전면허증·영주권 등 정부 발행 신분증 또는 그에 준하는 공문서를 위조·변조하거나 그렇게 보이도록 만드는 행위
  • 기자증·경찰증 등 신분을 사칭할 수 있는 증표를 만드는 행위
  • 실제로 부여받지 않은 자격·수료·소속을 증명하는 문서를 만들어 타인을 속이는 행위
  • 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 성적 수치심을 유발하는 이미지를 만드는 행위
  • 자동화 도구로 과도한 요청을 보내거나 이용 한도를 우회하는 행위

위 행위가 확인되면 계정 이용을 정지할 수 있으며, 정지 사유는 등록된 이메일로 알려 드립니다. 이 경우 남은 크레딧은 환불되지 않습니다. 서비스는 증명사진·사원증·수료증 등 발급 주체가 이용자 본인 또는 소속 기관인 문서를 위한 도구입니다.

7. 결과물의 권리

  • 이용자가 올린 원본 사진의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
  • 서비스가 만들어 낸 결과물은 이용자가 자유롭게 사용·인쇄·배포하실 수 있습니다.
  • 운영자는 이용자의 사진이나 결과물을 홍보에 사용하지 않습니다.

8. AI 결과물에 대한 안내

AI 변환 결과는 기계가 만든 추정입니다. 실물과 다를 수 있고, 관공서나 시험기관의 규격 심사를 반드시 통과한다고 보장하지 않습니다. 제출 전 해당 기관의 요건을 확인해 주세요. 헤어 시뮬레이션 결과는 실제 시술 결과와 다를 수 있습니다.

9. 서비스의 변경과 중단

기능 개선이나 기술적 필요에 따라 서비스 내용이 변경될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 공지하고, 미사용 크레딧은 전액 환불합니다.

10. 책임의 한계

  • 천재지변, AI·결제·호스팅 등 외부 업체의 장애 등 운영자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 장애에는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 운영자의 배상 책임은 문제가 발생한 시점을 기준으로 이용자가 최근 12개월간 실제로 결제한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.
  • 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에는 위 제한이 적용되지 않습니다.

11. 준거법과 분쟁

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 협의로 해결하며, 이용자는 한국소비자원 등 소비자분쟁조정기구에 조정을 신청하실 수 있습니다. 해결되지 않을 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

12. 약관의 변경

약관이 변경되면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 30일 전에 알려 드리며, 동의하지 않으실 경우 이용을 중단하고 미사용 크레딧 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service

1. What the service does

PhotoMon (the "Service") is a web tool that converts photos you upload into ID-photo formats for different countries, and produces documents such as profile photos, certificates and staff cards. It runs in your browser with nothing to install.

2. Accounts

  • An account is created with an email address only. There is no password; you sign in with a one-time link.
  • Sign-in links and sessions are for you alone. You are responsible for what happens if you pass them on.
  • If several colleagues share an account, we suggest registering with a shared team address.

3. Free use and paid products

  • Free use: cropping, resizing and previews are free. Your first 7 AI photo conversions are free, then 1 per day. Photo outputs you have not paid for carry a watermark.

  • Prices include applicable tax. The amount charged is the one shown on the payment screen.
  • Payment methods: Kakao Pay (KRW) in Korea and PayPal (USD) elsewhere. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we never store them.
  • Watermark removal and credits are delivered immediately once payment completes.
  • Where a minor pays without a legal guardian's consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel the payment.
  • Free-use limits exist to protect the Service and may be adjusted.

4. Credits

  • Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use the Service. They are not currency or e-money.
  • What they cost:
    • one AI photo conversion beyond the free limit — 1 credit
    • one certificate or one card made while signed in — 1 credit each (batch issuing is credit-only and deducts one per person)
    • one watermark removal — 20 credits
  • Before anything that deducts more than one credit, we tell you how many.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Credits cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • Unused credits are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase — longer than the 7-day cancellation period under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  • Watermark removal and credits already spent are digital content already supplied, so cancellation is limited under Article 17(2)5 of that Act. If the content was not delivered properly or a service error occurred, we refund it.

6. Your obligations

You must not:

  • upload photos of other people that you have no right to use, without their consent;
  • forge, alter or imitate government-issued identity documents such as passports, visas, national ID cards, driving licences or residence permits;
  • produce press passes, police credentials or similar items usable to impersonate a role;
  • create documents claiming qualifications, completions or affiliations that were not actually granted, in order to deceive;
  • create images that defame a person or are sexually degrading;
  • send excessive automated requests or circumvent usage limits.

We may suspend an account if we find such use, and will tell you why at your registered email. Remaining credits are not refunded in that case. The Service is a tool for documents issued by you or your own organisation, such as ID photos, staff cards and certificates.

7. Rights in the output

  • You keep the rights to the photos you upload.
  • You may freely use, print and distribute what the Service produces for you.
  • We do not use your photos or outputs in our marketing.

8. About AI results

AI output is a machine-generated estimate. It may differ from reality, and we do not guarantee acceptance by any government office or examination body. Please check the requirements of the receiving institution before you submit. Hairstyle simulations may differ from the actual result of a salon service.

9. Changes and discontinuation

Features may change as the Service improves. If we discontinue the Service we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund all unused credits.

10. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for interruptions outside our control, including natural disasters and failures of AI, payment or hosting providers.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid in the 12 months before the issue arose.
  • These limits do not apply to damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will try to resolve disputes by discussion first, and you may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or a similar body; failing that, the competent court under Korean civil procedure will have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes unfavourable to users are announced 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you may stop using the Service and request a refund of unused credits.
